This week my mom came to visit and we had a lot of fun. Kate loved having someone new to play with besides me! I loved having someone I know come and see us and visit for awhile. It was a nice change from the moving and cleaning that we have been doing lately to just relaxing and spending time with family. The picture of Kate above is when her and my mom were cleaning up the patio furniture and Kate decided to clean herself as well. She realized after she did it though that we would have to wash her off and freaked out a little bit. She kept telling my mom "No, No" but we got her through the clean up and continued having fun outdoors. The weather turned out to be super nice, the hottest it got was the lower 90's so we had a great time exploring and spending time outside this week. It was so much better than being stuck in the house from the heat! Unfortunately my mom took the pictures of our time out with her camera and I completely forgot to get them from her before she left so I will post them as soon as she sends them to me :)

that is such a cute picture of Kate, I love the bubbles everywhere...that is wonderful that your mom came to visit..it is always nice having company :).
Isn't this age the best?! I love the curiosity and the sense of adventure. She is so stinkin adorable!
